Service Description

Awaken, align, and restore the body and mind through an interactive healing session, either long distance or in-person. Sessions often begin with breathing techniques and chakra work to release unhealthy patterns and energy. Then, depending on your desired focus topics, sessions can include techniques to help you reflect on and work through challenges. These may include intuitive energy reading, illumination, extractions, soul piece retrieval, or work with power animals, guides, and crystals. You will leave sessions with much information to consider and some "homework" to help carry the energetic work into the physical realm.
